Question Side mounted rad; fan orientation

The case I have is the Level 20 MT ARGB from Thermaltake, the aio is the Floe DX 240. My question is; what way should I orient the fans to get the best possible temps. I got the original 3 fans in the front and the 1 exhaust in the back as they come with the case.
