Are the Dlink router 506l an wireless aircard 320u compatible?

The wireless aircard 320u is a CELLULAR modem. I don't see any support for WIFI in the users manual.

yes but the dlink is wireless and so is the laptop, ive tried everything to set it up, running windows 7, its all go the windows says its connected but its not, dlink are giving up and told me to take it back to the store, second time I tried this model, I thinking there is something preventing my laptop to connect to the usb when its in the dlink router, no worries when its plugged into the laptop via the usb port , any thoughts?

Yes, my first post. The ROUTER would have to be able to connect to the modem. There ARE some routers that have support for USB cellular modems -- Asus is pretty good. But unless the router has the support for the modem, plugging it into the USB port on the router does nothing.

That USB modem is listed as compatible with the router.

However, it won't set itself up automatically.

Check the user manual under "manual internet connection setup"
