sign-in process initialization failure

When tuning on my laptop, I received a "sign-in process initialization failure" message, I cannot do anything, now screen, mouse & keyboard are locked. Please advise how to recover from this.

we can't help you bypas security in any way, you will need to contact your laptop manufacturer, prove you're the owner and they can help you with resetting it if needed.

thats not a security problem its a windows error when turning on the pc

it doesnt need any security bypassing to fix it

can you log into safe mode?
