I was told of a sign in Qeynos that gives the score card of all your kills
towards a title. Where exactly is that sign?

If I recall correctly, it's between Claymore Plaza and the gate right
there to Antonica on a street sign. Looks like a poster stuck to the
sign.

How do you access it? I found that but mousing over it didn't do it.

Keep trying. It's hard to get. Clicking on the very edge of the sign seems
to work for me, where the middle does not.

LOL I reported that as a bug. All the NPCs in there are having

I got a message a while back i was now "Fazza Killer of Gnolls" or
something and just the other day I got a similar message. But I see no
option in my character details to put anything after my name ?

You won't get the title until you achieve the "hunter of" <foo> rank.
( -NOT- <foo> "hunter" )

Lol...we had the same problem...it took about 20 mins before we manageged to
click him the right way darn it =)

Once you get "You have reached the rank of Master Gnoll Hunter, then you
will have the option.

Once you get 5000 kills you will get the Slayer of Gnolls tag.
