Significant upgrade options for 9600m MXM type II ????

I've searched high and low. Is the highest I can go the 130m (which is only a small upgrade from the 9600)? Im looking for a significant upgrade. My options for MXM type II cards seems very limited.

It is very limited and in general not recommended! More cost effective to replace the laptop!
