Hey, I'll keep it short and sweet:

I bought a used Silencio 650 Pure Case (Cooler Master), because it had a full set of be quiet! fans installed. Now after what I think was a short cable burn in, the fan control (a lever on the case outside panel that was not monitoring, simply lowering the voltage) doesn't work anymore, so my case fans are spinning full throttle like crazy all day. Bc my electronics skill is untrained, as you will have guessed by my bickering, I have no idea how to control the fans now, neither via the BIOS of my ASUS Z87-A nor by repairing whatever is broken inside.

How do I get control over my outside fans back? Any idea is much appreciated, slight noob-bashing connived at.

BIOS: Detects 3 case fans, set to monitor; enabling Manual control (max 200rpm) has no effect
Build: Z87-A, 4670K, GTX770, be quiet! 600W PSU & fans
