Silent cheap cooler for E6400?

Hello,

I have a 100$ gift certificate at Amazon.com and would like to spend the money to quit my pc, it seemes all the noise comes from my CPU cooler and 8800gts so Im buying a 55$ GPU cooler.

But what should I get for the CPU? Cooling isnt a big concern really as the CPU is very cool as is and no real overclocking going on, just has to be SILENT and around 30-40$ (before rebates as those dont apply)

Well all you need is a cooler where you can turn the fan down, i would suggest a Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro, Cooler Master TX2 or a very good quiet one is the ZEROtherm BF90.
