Silent CPU Case with most of the features?

In my location these cases are available, and i am looking for a silent built. which one should i go for? i would build a i5 6600k-gtx970 cpu for 1080p gaming

Silence comes from fans not the case. Get silent fans.

As Mattios said. Even cases with pre-installed insulation wont help much. The only thing that would really make you case more silent would be to insulate it yourself properly. In terms of weight that would mean a 2 kg case would weigh 12 kg after the insulation.

Getting silent fans is much less work and cheaper.

Antec P100 (best case I have ever bought) and replace the two front intake and single rear fans with quiet 140mm.

If your goal is to have a silent PC.
I would take silent cases like:
Fractal Design Define R4 or R5
BitFenix Ghost
or many more which are similar.
