Silent Gaming PC. OPINIONS??

Hi all

Building a new silent PC soon and want it to be as quiet as possible. I am looking at

CPU: prob i7 1366 or 1155 pin OC'ed medium
GPU: GTX 580 OC'ed medium
HDD: 2x SSD in Raid and a few HDD's

Im not to bothered about the other components ATM. The main thing is the best way to reduce the majority of noise from these components.
Price around $3000 AUD. Also this PC will be running in a room @ 30-40 Celsius (86-104 Fahrenheit)

What would you choose from this selection ( or something else)

Case:■ Lian LI bc-b25s
■ Fractal Design R3
■??

Cooling:■CoolIT Vantage ALC for CPU
■CoolIT Omni ALC for GPU
Thinking closed Water Cooled is going to be quietest and easy.
I will be adding extra sound dampening foam and anti vibration.

The simplest way to make a pc quiet ........
put it in another room

In your case with all that over clocking
put it in another room as far away as possible

ie about 5-7 meters
which is about as far as a DVI-d signal can travel before starting to degrade
