Silent Static Pressure Fan for CPU

Hello there community! I currently own a scythe cooler for my cpu with the stock fan and it's way too noisy for me. Can anyone suggest any quiet static pressure fan? Thanks!

Noctua NF-F12, best in the business and PWM so you can easily turn it down with software
