Difference is in max RPM. E.g 120mm normal goes as high as 1450 RPM while 120mm high-speed goes as high as 2200RPM.

I'd go with high-speed ones since you can always run it at 1450 RPM for same level performance as normal version. While you can't run normal version at 2200 RPM while you'd need more performance out of it.
