I am buying Thermalright HR-03 heatsink for my VGA but I am not yet decided which fan should I put there. I have come across two really good-looking fans:
SilenX Fan iXtrema Pro XIXP6414
and
Noctua NF-B9
Both have very good power/noise ratio around 40CFM/15dBA. Although SilenX have a slighty better ratio, I've heard Noctua's are overally better. So please help me choose
