I am trying to buy an ~500GB SDD. I already have 256GB Seagate Baracuda SSD, but am running out of space.

How is Silicon Power A58 SSD? I saw a benchmark on A55, and review was saying that it has inconsistence performance...

Silicon Power A58 512GB is CA$82.99 (Amazon link)
and Samsung EVA 860 500GB is CA$109.99 (Amazon link) ...

I am thinking about buying the Silicon Power and use it as second SSD for games, and use the Seagate as primary - OS and applications such as photoshop, etc. But I wouldn't want an 'inconsistent' SSD...
Is the $27 extra spending worth to get Samsung EVA 860 over Silicon Power?

I can't decide which one to buy ;( can someone advise me please

+ I guess I can even buy the smaller 256GB Silicon Power for CA$40.99, compared to 250GB Samsung EVA 860 which is $79.99, which is $39.99 savings - and 256GB could be enough for all my games.

Personally, I'd go with something tested and widely known it's worth the money. So I wouldn't really trust that, and if what you say is right, you might face problems or failure in the future. Either Samsung, Crucial (which btw is cheaper) or any other reputable brand would be better.
