NCQ on a SSD? isn't NCQ the re-ordering of reads/writes so they can all be completed in fewer platter rotations?

Got OCZ Vertex 4 (256G) and it's rockn right along just fine no issues. This SSD will give me like what a few seconds better/worse performance? ... nahh gonna stick with muh Vertex 4 for now.
