Silly Question About Headers

Plugging wires into the mobo headers and have a silly question to ask, do the words on the plastic end part have to be visible as in do the words have to be in line and all facing upwards. Here's reference: https://ibb.co/d8hXFw - the ones circled in red have words facing upwards but the USB has its words "USB" facing downwards, does it matter?

Actually some of those headers cant be turned the other way. If you check the USB header and most left header, there is one pin OFF, which on the header is closed hole. So if you try to turn them the other way, you wont be able to plug em without bending the missing pin, since it will be on a different place.
The headers which are separate like the ones on the right, usually means one is + the other is - and most of the time it doesn't matters how you plug em, except for HDD and POWER led lights.
