Silly Question LoL but please help

I have this grinding noise from my Gaming Desktop and no it isn't the Hard Drive. I have discovered that if I remove the side panel, the noise stops. I blame vibration. Is there anyway to make my tower as still as possible? Thanks!

Uh I think so but the are the stock fans from my 600t

the fan may be going bad, unplug that fan and see if it stops, if it does the fix is simple, buy a new fan, won't cost very much either
