Silly question: what's the name of the plate that a heatsink screws into?

I have an i3 Dell laptop but discovered that one of the screws from the heat sink had broken off inside one of the screw holes it screws into.

What's the name of the plate that the heat sink screws into? I'd hate to have to replace the whole motherboard for this thing. I tried looking up what seemed to be the part number on it but no luck. Unfortunately replacement heat sinks for this model don't seem to have the plate that it screws into.

Alternately, if there's a way I can get the broken screw out, that would be a lot easier and cheaper but I can't think of a way to do it.

It's called the CPU Backplate, you might find the part on ebay with the computer model.

I can't believe SOMEONE doesn't have one of these. I've probably thrown them out before.

Try searching for the whole heatsink for your model, most of the time you'll find them together as they are part of each other. If not, I'm sure that any computer repair shop might have a damaged board with one still attached.
