Silverstone ap123 vs Corsair SP120 Quiet Editions

I am looking to getting fans for an h105 that will run at a low rpm (800-1100 preferably) while playing cpu heavy games (Battlefield 4 for example). I am wondering which one of these would be better for a low RPM. Please don't answer if you do not know about one fan or the other. I would highly appreciate if none of you said, "I don't know about the silverstone fans, but I have the corsair sp120's and they are good."

I don't want to use the stock fans from Corsair. I also am going with an all in for for looks and RAM clearance, even though I could get the noctua nh-u12s, but I really like the looks of an all in one. I also am only overclocking my FX-8350 to 4.5 GHz (I won't have fans running slow while overclocking by the way), so the cooling is good enough.

Though I already said that I will be using some low noise adapters from some 140mm noctua fans that I have. My question is which would run better at a low RPM
