I have vengeance lpx ram 3200mhz ddr4, will they be in the way of the cooler?

It should fit, but will be (very) tight. The case says it will support CPU coolers up to 58mm. The Shuriken is supposed to be 58mm. This will leave very little free space.

Memory clearance should not be a problem since it appears you are using lower profile memory.
