I just built a new computer gigabyte gtx 1070 g1 and I7 6700. And currently am using my old psu Silverstone SST-ST70F ESB Strider 700W I think it might be this one http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/power-supply-review,2043-10.html . I am also building my old parts into a pc Fx 8320 Asus M5A97 R2.0 and a GV-R929OC-4GD . My question is without spending to much money should I use my this(current) psu in the parts rig or buy a even cheaper one and keep it in my new rig?

Your Silverstone is Tier three PSU. While Seasonic G-series is Tier two.
PSU Tier list: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Sesonic is the best PSU OEM and they make their own PSUs. They are the 1st company who started making PC PSUs and that over a 40 years ago.
Silverstone in the other hand, buys all it's PSUs from OEMs. Your current PSU is made by Enhance and rebranded by Silverstone.

Note: If you look the PSU Tier list then you can see that all Seasonic PSUs are only in Tier one or Tier two, even the rebranded PSUs by Antec, Fractal Design and XFX in Tier two.

So, yes, Seasonic is worth it.
The 2 PCs that i have use also Seasonic PSUs. In my case, S12II-520 and M12II-850 EVO.
