Sim tower not restarting after on play :(

So I got sim tower working for my Windows 7 laptop and being the piece of crap that it is, It froze. so now when ever I open D.O.S Box to play it DB starts then it shuts down... And I cant click on anything That basically says SETUP.exe or SIMTOWER.exe.. Please help! I want to play the game from my childhood again...
