Question Sim Tower or similar alternatives?

I don't normally play game as a habit, but recently I want to play kind of old games e.g Sim Tower, Sim City. However, I think they have gone for good now. Is there any similar alternative you'll recommend at the moment? Any recommendation? Yes, for PC, I don't like playing game with mobile devices.

Cities Skylines actually plays out more like your original SimCity games. They changed the new SimCity game in a way that limits where and how you build your city. Cities Skylines is much more popular.

There are a lot of SimCity version in your link provided, what is generally their difference? Looks like only SimCity 4 is available on Steam. Are they only sold as discs or other physical media?
