Simcity 4 rush hour install problem

I need help with my game because everytime I try to install the game, an error appears, say "???????auto.exe??????". I don't know what to do. Also I have Sony Viao Laptop with Windows 7.

I don't know how. I just put cd in cd drive then after while, an error say "??????autorun.exe???????" appears, I clicked retry again and same error appear again and again.

The error say "????????'E:\AutoRun.exe'????????? ??????, ???????, ???????" Then when I click cancel, other window open that have huge "?" say "??????????" With Yes or No and if you click no, you go back to same error I mention while ago. If you click yes, other window say "The specified file was not found.
