ill try 2 tell u the best i can...
ok...it's in the foreign quarter canalworks...but as in all the cantons
in vivec...there are 2 doors....usually they both go 2 the same
place....however...in the foreign quarter....there are 2 sides 2 the
canalworks...therefore each door leads 2 a entirely different
place....so try each side.....don't worry..i couldn't find it
either...and it wasn't even listed on my TES Offline Map(if u don't
have this....mail me at talon223@gmail.com...i will give it 2 u....cuz
seriously...it's worth it's weight in GP 😛...also if u don't get
this....then just go 2 the little lobby inside the foreign quarter
wasteworks....and go 2 each door that leads 2 the canalworks...ull find
it eventually....just explore
