In RE4 do they clear up the question whether or not it was Ada Wong who
threw Leon the rocket launcher at the end of RE2? Please just answer
yes or no as I am planning to buy the PS2 port whenever it is released.

I don't recall it being mentioned in the game, no. I may be mistaken,
but I don't think they ever discuss it.

It's pretty clear in RE2 already so there isn't much point.

I do believe that the ducking wasn't necessary - the only question that
requires people to duck exactly 1.843 seconds before the end of the
sentence is:
"So where does that locked door on the second floor in RE2, the one with
the bottom missing, go?" 😀
