Retail will have a longer warranty and OEM will have a shorter one. That's the only difference. The both probably use 7ns SDRAM.

Your decision should rest on which has the faster RAM. Gainward does have " golden samples" that currently have the fastest RAM, but the one you list is OEM so I highly doubt that is one of those.
