Simple Question : Will there be any difference between these two configurations ?
as in games and Applications / heat / power consumption ??

CPU FSB QDR Multi Final MHZ
Q6600 356Mhz 1424QDR 9x =3204Mhz
Q6600 400Mhz 1600QDR 8x =3200Mhz

and will i get a huge difference in performance if i get it up to

Q6600 378Mhz 1512QDR 9x =3402Mhz

or even

Q6600 450Mhz 1800QDR 8x =3600Mhz
Q6600 400Mhz 1600QDR 9x =3600Mhz

3200 to 3600 adds 12%, you might or might not be able to tell it, depending on what apps you run.

As for changing multiplier vs. memory speed, that would be an interesting test but I don't know if you would tell much difference or if you would know in advance which configuration would be fastest.
