Sims 2 exchange

Okay, the sims 2 exchange is back but when i sign-in I go to the toolbar for search then drop down to click sims Next I go type female for keyword. Next I get updated sims but i can't see the pictures or download. I recently got my computer fix. So is it my computer or the website?

Did you check the support for the web-site? They should have all the requirements listed, just make sure that you have those installed on the PC. Flash player, any plug-ins needed, things like that.
