hey....I have a big problem with my nanny an ive fired her an hired a new
one buts the problem is always the same

Well i have a house with two toddlers and my sim put one to bed because she
was very tired, the next thing i know the nanny is getting her out of the
crib and putting her on the floor and going downstairs. Then my other
toddler was so tired he was falling asleep on the floor and the nanny did
nothing about it she woke him up, picked him up cuddled him then put him
back on the floor...

is this nanny just not one for sleep or something???

What should i do???
TIA

Fire her and have your Sims use their days off to raise the kid. Nannies are
pretty useless in this game and best used only in a total emergency.

Absolutely !!
Pity there isn;t a baby-sitting option for local teenagers or elders. Little
bit of extra income, as well.
I can just imagine frantic parents phoning round trying to find someone
free.

Granny.

Dear god you should have seen it when I had 3 toddlers in the Goth
house (Dina's little one Helen, and Cassandra's brats Hector and
Penelope (I really, really, hate twins), and child Bella, and teen
Alexander, and Don - who got so desperate to achieve his wants he was
reduced to wanting to change into his undies. I've been quite harsh on
the ol' love monster). Dina would put two of the kids in the cot so
she could feed/potty train another while they slept, and the Nanny
would go get them all out and leave them in the highchairs so she could
feed them more - while they were about ready to pee their nappies and
pass out at the same time and they had no hunger issues.

'Twas the first time I ever let toddlers grow into children early while
they'd not been potty trained or taught to talk or walk. Didn't seem
to do any harm :)

FWIW, for multiple toddlers/infants, hire extra nannies. Call for a just
for now as well as your regular. The nannies aren't great, but the do
handle the situation, if you have enough of them.

I think it makes it worse when there's someone at home trying to deal
with the toddlers as well as the nanny - when I had twins in my first
household, the mother went back out to work almost as soon as she was
able and the nanny was able to look after the kids pretty well.
