Sims 4 laptop that runs the best

Gaming laptop that will run Sims 4 on Ultra high settings with at least 7,000 CC and probably a decent amount of mods.
Ultimately I would like my cake and to eat it too, meaning I would want game play to run smoothly with all the bells and whistles of it being pretty.

I don't have a set price range, it's a goal I plan to work for.

I know any laptop could work but I want the least amount of lag with the best visual quality.

Then get anything with a GTX 1070 or 1080 and you should be able to run anything on max settings.
