Since 3 or 4 days i think my system is kinda slower than before

Hello ... i don´t know if it´s really like the title says or not but...i think i am noting the things are like slower than before 4 or 5 days...

Can it be the current temperature of my place?
Note we are in summer but i am using the computer middle of the day only when its hot (from 7:00 or 7:30 am to middle of the day) and at afternoons if i have split air conditioned turned on only.

Yesterday i did 2 screenshots:

In the 2nd screenshot it says the gpu core temp is 40 while the max is 40,5.
This can be the problem?

In the case it is not the problem, what other things should I check?

Note i dont have antispyware software in the computer. What one do you reccomend (free if its possible) to check and clean?
And what another infos do you need?

As far as the temperature is concerned, you're far from critical points in both category.

I would like to know, more precisely, what kind of slow-downs are you experiencing? From what I see, your CPU usage doesn't seem abnormal, 1.9% and you have a bunch of stuff open. It actually seems a bit low, and I'm not entirely sure how reliable OHM is.


As far as antimalware is concerned, I'll let others make suggestions, because it's not the field I'm the most comfortable in.

Like for example... with the browser (until yesterday i had palemoon x64 installed but i uninstalled and back to normal firefox.
For example while i am browsing / scrolling in twitter, it usually sometimes hangs... same happens in facebook.
And yeah i know there is a bunch of programs used.
But im not always using that kind of. Newsbin program was just opened to retrieve the nzbs from some group, and i download with altbinz. Don´t ask me why i download headers with one program and download from nzbs with another because i don´t exactly remember, lol .
I used that way from always.

and its weird because for example in the mornings i dont experiencie that problem, or experience it "less".
And ... can it be when i am using or viewing HR images with xn-view ?

as i am in a forum with hr images, i need to see them one by one to rename and put the right number to each of them in a folder...
