Question Since connecting new monitor, both screens go black for 5 seconds when gaming ?

Hi guys,

I bought a new monitor (ASUS ROG Strix XG27AQM)

Since I conected this monitor I notice that when I start a game both monitors (I also have an Acer Nitro VG0 VG270UP ) goes black for 5 sec. When I ALT+TAB while gaming I have the same Issue. If Im watching a movie or browsing the Web the screens are fine, the problem only ocurrs while gaming and since a Multitask a lot this is really annoying. With my old ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q this didn't happen. Can someone please help me?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition.

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

Do you have both monitors connected?

Without know what the PSU is i would say that is your problem. I had a EVGA 650w G2 with my 2080 ti and had the same issue while gaming, switched to a 750w G2 and it went away till i stated playing New World which causes all sorts of other issues.
