[SOLVED] Since i got my new cpu set,mobo,ram my pc is slower

When i start up my pc it takes me probably an extra minute and when i am trying to open apps it takes me like 5-7 minutes just to open them all. before i could open everything in about 1 minute or less. I only open discord,razer synapse,mozilla firefox. And everytime i open games they usually freeze for a couple of seconds and then they proceed to load. I don't know what it is.And when i open every app the powerusage is always on veryhigh on all of the apps. BTW it takes me about 1-2 minutes to open task manager when i open my pc.

my specs are : Gtx 1070, 2x8GB Corsair vengence ddr4 3000 mhz, i5 9600k not OC, MOBO: ASUS PRIME Z370-P II

Oldspecs were: Gtx 1070 1x8gb Coirsair vengence ddr3, i54690k, mobo msi b-85m i think i am not entirely sure.

If you didn't perform a fresh\clean install with the new hardware , you need to.

I got a new windows but i did not reset everything is that the problem, or can it possibly be something else

With the change in chipsets , you will get better performance results with a clean windows install.
