Bad cable??? Use good DP cable

Can't help you without knowing the rest of your system. Might be drivers. Might be insufficient power. Might be something else. So please, full system specs? Also, please be as specific as you can, no "Corsair 750W" or similar, we need the model (eg. Corsair RM 750".)
