Since last automatic update screen resolution wont adust

Hello,
After my automatic update, my screen resolution won't accept changes. My windows no longer fit the screen, so I changed the resolution. As soon as I click accept/ok it goes back to the previous setting.

How to I fix that? I have not installed any new software in a long time. It happend after an automatic update.

Turn off Automatic updates. Go to Programs & Features.Click on installed updates. Select the update you want to remove and click uninstall. You can Manually update windows so you only install the updates you want.
