Single 12v rails PSU or dual 12v rails PSU?

So I have these two options:

Antec VP 650P v2 Dual 12v rail PSU. Each rail rated @ 35A. But upon checking the manual I found that maximum allowed is 25A per rail, making it 50A in total, 600W.

Corsair VS 650. Now this one's a single 12v rail rated @ 50A, making 600W in total.

So which one is better among them??

I will be upgrading my PC soon to an i5 and a GPU within GTX 1070 price range. Currently, I have i3 and GTX 960

What i5 ? locked or unlocked ?
If those PSU's are brand new i guess they would be fine, except that it may be a little noisy as i read.
Whats your budget, cant you at least take a tier 2 unit ?

S12ii 620w looks good, if its not way more expensive go for it.

Alright, but I have a question.

Both Antec VP 650P v2 and SeaSonic's 620W have dual 12v rails. On Antec, it's having a combined maximum output of [strike]650W[/strike]600W (50A) and for SeaSonic's it's at 576W (48A). But SeaSonic is still more expensive and has a better tier ranking than this antec PSU. Am I overlooking something? Because on paper this antec or even corsair's unit looks better
