Single Beep Sound?

So i was gaming on my pc everything was fine then i hear a loud beep coming from my headset and while i heard the beep there was no backround sound (sound from the game and skype) i just heard the beep and after a second it stopped and everything was fine i have no idea whats the beeping sound is all about but maybe someone could help

Specs: Nvidia GTX 650 TI Boost
i7 4770K
Kingston 8GB Ram 1600Mhz
Windows 7 64Bit

i didnt do any changes to my PC this is the first time im hearing this plus i did not notice any preformance changes after the beep

Probably nothing to be worried about. Maybe it's your antivirus software indicating it needs to be updated, or something from Windows Desktop Manager. Could be literally anything. As long as the PC works fine, take no notice.

I know if the PC works fine there is nothing to be worried about and i know it wasnt my antivirus or a normal beep sound that you shouldnt be worried about,the fact that the beep made my sound cut off and my sound came back only after the beep ended makes me worry
