I bought Corsair Vengeance Pro 16 GB (2x8 GB) RAM sticks at 1600 MHz and installed them on my ASUS Z97-K motherboard. I just realized on Speccy that they were running 666.3 MHz in dual channel mode. So I just reset them in my BIOS menu to run the XMP Profile so they use the full 1600 MHz. However, I ran Speccy again and it says that it's running 800 MHz... which seems good until it says it's in single channel mode now. I didn't move the RAM sticks at all. Just changed the XMP profile. Now how do I get the RAM to run 800 MHz in dual channel mode so I get the max potential out of my RAM? (Btw, my computer still recognizes that it has the full 16 GB... just it's running single channel mode with 800 MHz now) Am I just stupid, or is this fine the way it is?

I figured out it was just a glitch with Speccy. Once it was verified by reedo_43 that my RAm speed was correct, I check my manual (as scout_03 said), and realized I had both RAM sticks in the same channel slot. So I moved one from A2 to B1 so now I have dual channel 800 MHz! So that's a relief.
