Question Single digit FPS on MW2019

I get between 5-10 fps in Modern Warfare. GPU usage is at %0 most of the time, sometimes for a brief moment it goes up to %50 and hits %0 again. Temps are fine.All drivers are up to date. I can play other games without any problems. I used to have a ryzen 3 1200 and game worked fine then. This problem started after upgrading to ryzen 5 3600. How can I fix this ?

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
CPU cooler: Wraith STEALTH
Motherboard: Asrock AB350M - Bios ver. P5.90
Ram: GSKILL Ripjaws V 16GB 3200Mhz DD4 RAM
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200rpm HDD
GPU: Gigabyte RX580 8GB
PSU: Dark Force series 500W (5yrs old)
Chassis: no idea, 2 fans, 1 in front 1 in rear, side panel off.
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Monitor: MSI Optix G241V 75hz

Where did you source the game from? Speaking of games, what other titles have you taxed your system with?

Sorry, I added the info in the post now. I have the game on battle.net. I play Rainbow Six, EAFC24 and Cold War mostly. They work fine. Only game with issues is MW2019.And as I said, it was working fine until I upgraded the CPU.

Yes I tried both. But couldn't fix it.
