Single pane management for all printer toner levels

I've recently set up notifications on all our enterprises printers which was quite a pain. We'll get emailed now any time a toner level is deemed "low" or empty, as well as a few other things. Still, it doesn't seem like the best solution to me.

I'd love a webpage that has a module/script/etc that fetches toner levels and displays them all in a single management pane. I've googled a bit and it looks like Dell's KACE product can do this, and I have found a couple other things as well but since I'm not a coder, I'm not sure of the difficulty of this.

Has anyone got experience with this sort of thing? Should it be very simple to implement? Please let me know. Thanks.

I have not gone that deep into the product yet. I know it will notify if the toner is low but don't know if you can set the level it sends out the warning. The last part of your message sounds more like an AI:)
It is a free product with great support. We use it for inventorying all our equipment for compliance audits.

No, does it have a single pane of management that will display all the levels? I do have email notifications set up but like I mentioned, that's more of a reactive alert than a proactive one. For example, I'll get a "waste container full" alert which means the printer is down or a "low toner" which means it's at roughly 5%. If we are out of toner and have to order more, it might not get here before they run out and I'd rather be more proactive.

It'd be nice to see all the levels, something like: "we've got 5 of these model printers all with about 15% cyan left, and only 2 cyan toners left; better order some more" kind of thing. Can it show all levels or is it just the same alerting thing I've already got?
