Single Player Games that have gear stats like MMO's

I'm looking for a single player games that have gear stats like MMO's but don't suck. I liked Dark Souls 1 but I can't play Dark Souls 2 because of my arachnophobia. Suggestions?

I like skyrim but the gear stats aren't really what I'm looking for, i want like.. dex, agil, def, str, stuff like that, like actual stats

that isn't really gear now is it, those are character stats. look at dragon age origins, fallout?

Oblivion and Morrowind have stats like that.

The Neverwinter Nights series as well.

The Legend of Grimrock as well, it's a "classical" RPG harkening back to the RPGs of the early 90s and 80s though, but it's modern in graphics otherwise.

The Diablo series is like that as well.

Diablo 3 or path of exile are sort of like that. Also check out the Witcher and the Witcher 2.
