Hello everyone,

I normally just lurk here. But now I have a question hopefully you can help
me out with.

Between us buying a new house and my increased hours at work, I dont have
much time to paly D2.So my question is, is there anyway to take my online
char's and make the offline chars?

The reason I am asking this is becuase I have already lost a few mules and
playable chars. So other than just give away the gear I have i'm hoping to
just make them offline chars so I can at least come back and play them once
and while.

Thank you in advance

Sorry, you cant transfer your closed (online) and to SP (offline)
You can play your Sp chars on Open, and they wont be deleted over time
as they're saved on your harddive.

I thought there was a hack somewhere that read your online chars and could
make an offline copy of them. Nothing that a good char editor couldn't do
except the automatic part of reading the char while you were playing. Just
as long as he isn't asking for a hack to make closed chars out of SP chars.

you can use hero editor to make a copy of them. But you would have to
either remember the stats...equip and such. Or maybe do it the more
reliable but much more labor intense (not to mention old fashioned!)
way, use a pen and paper to write it all down.
I really don't mean to come off as a smart a** but this is the only
way I know of to what you want to do. If anyone knows of an easier way,
please correct me.
