Single Slot, Low Profile Graphics Card

So I am searching for a single slot, low profile graphics card to put in a desktop to help it out a little. It's got PCI Express x16 and I'd like to put in the best graphics card I can. I have done many hours of researching to no avail. So if someone would know the best PCI Express x16 low profile, single slot card is, that would be great. Thanks!

RAM: 4GB DDR2

If youre gonna upgrade the PC in future, GT 1030 LP because that CPU is over a decade old and putting an Q6600 (10$) from China would make it somewhat playable if youre gonna play games.
Just for normal browsing and that stuff, GT 210 is sufficient for that if youre not gonna do it,
HD 7470,GT 610, 640, 730, 430, 710, GT 220.
