Hello,

I have Intel SSD of 500 GB installed in my system, but it shows as 2 different disk in disk management, command prompt & other 3rd party software's.

INTEL HBRPEKNX0202AH - approx .476 GB
INTEL HBRPEKNX0202AHO approx. 27 GB

Why is this happening and how to merge it in a single disk ?
why the disk is showing more than its size ?

please advice

Thanks,
Andy

That is likely either the system recovery partition OR it is space set aside for overprovisioning. I'm going to assume it is for overprovisioning since the partition is listed with the same exact drive model but with an O at the end.

If you can take a picture of the disk management window and post it here, that would be helpful in determining what that partition is all about, but the chances are pretty good that it is a required partition that you do not want to be messing with. Typically, Windows 10 installations result in three or four different partitions when done correctly on a completely unpartitioned drive with no allocated drive space.
