So actually i am planning to build a PC with AMD Ryzen 2600 and was planning to go with 2 x 8gb sticks tridetz rgb(3000).
Now because of my budget i find 1x 8gb tridentZ RGB stick (3000mhz) and i also find hyperx 2 x 4gb (2400mhz)(which is actually 1x4gb stick which i am buying 2 peices)
Now i know that ryzen performance is dependent on higher memory speed. And if i buy single gskill stick i can i will have enough room for future upgrade.

Which one should i buy.
*My motherboard have 4 dimm slots

A couple of things here.

1. You will loose quite some performance for not going dual channel.
2. Adding a second stick later, there is a chance it wont work together. Specially on Ryzen builds as they tends to be RAM picky. The 2nd gen not so much as 1st gen Ryzen but still.
3. This also goes for buying 2 times 1x4 GB stick. Always buy RAM in kits to make sure they will work together.
