Question Sister's PC, built in March, gets HYPERVISOR_ERROR BSoD, doesn't last long logged in (even in safe mode)

I've looked this up and every single possible fix we've found either has not worked or was already set in some way. For example:
  1. Was told NX should be turned on. NX was already on in BIOS when I checked. When I turned it off I had to do a system restore because suddenly I started getting BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG BSoD or whatever it was.
  2. Updated BIOS, made things worse.
  3. Uninstalled and reinstalled hypervisor drivers in safe mode. In safe mode we just get a black screen reboot. The duration of being logged in lasts like, a maximum of five minutes.
  4. Factory reset. IMMEDIATELY gets a BSoD with the HYPERVISOR_ERROR stop code. So factory reset can't even continue.
Other things that are not coming to mind but I'd like to point out my sister isn't super tech-savvy so she's not at all interested in overclocking. Therefore she hasn't done that, and even if she did want to, she doesn't know how.

I've tried a bunch of methods but none have worked. The thing I learned that makes the most sense is corrupted drivers, but I can't correct this because I can't get in.

EDIT: I knew I was forgetting something.
Specs:
GPU - Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
Motherboard - MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk
RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) 3000MHz
OS - Windows 11 (I don't know what version)
Storage - Two 1TB SSDs (one NVMe M.2 SSD, the other is SATA)

EDIT 2: Added #4 to things we tried.

I gather sis has no backup.

Put a copy of memtest86 on a flash stick boot the stick and let it run.
No errors allowed.

There is a method to repair windows using the install media but I have never done it so others will have to guide.

Another thought.
If sis does not use this hyper stuff and you can get into the machine for a few mins type...features...in the search box click on turn features off/on.

Scan down the list and disable the hyper stuff.
Reboot and see if it makes a diff.

I can't stay in long enough to run memtest86. We're no longer getting a BSoD with HYPERVISOR_ERROR, now it's just rebooting. Black screen, boot screen, log on, black screen, boot screen, log on, black screen, you get the idea. She even went out of her way to buy a GPU because we read it might be a hardware issue and her PC is showing similar symptoms to what I experienced when I had a bad GPU. So now I'm at fault for telling her it might be her GPU leading her to go and spend $700 on a new one.

One thing I did see when it happened was that the motherboard's VGA and BOOT lights were lit red upon crashing. I swapped out her displayport with a different HDMI cable though and it still happens. So I'm at a loss.

Edit: We're even having trouble getting her new GPU drivers installed because we can't stay on without it crashing. I safely uninstalled the old drivers and it still happens so it can't be the GPU then.

Edit 2: Another thing I forgot to mention is that we did manage to reset Windows, but she wanted to keep her files and settings so we did that. Windows like new with her old files.

Boot to the bios and let it sit.....does it crash?

If not boot memtest86.....does it crash?

Try resetting bios to the default one. Also does it stay in the bios? Are there only issues when booting into windows?
