Site is showing an extra notification.

I'll keep it short and simple. Right now there's a bug on my site where I see an extra notification, when really there are no new updates. It has happened before, and currently it has been going on for a few days no. Here is a screen shot to further explain what I mean:

Not the biggest problem, but it would be nice if it could be fixed.

This usually is caused by a thread you had tracked getting replied to, then deleted or moved to an area you can't access.

Click 'See more', then hit 'Mark all as read'.
