Hello,
each time I open microsoft word it sayings winword.exe has stopped working and windows is trying to find solution but no solution

Reinstall.

Try Microsoft's mr fix it for microsoft office or microsoft word.

Telling someone to 'reinstall' on a minor problem is so 10 years ago...

I had this issue with my office suite and only the reinstall cured it!

Go to Programs, find the Microsoft Office installation, select it. Hit the change button beside Uninstall. Select the repair option.

reinstall will always work better than a repair tool.
