Sixth-month old home-assembled computer - experiencing BSODs,and extremely slow-start up times (20+)

Hello all,
I've been experiencing problems with my computer since I first booted up about 6 months ago. Problems have been getting progressively worse overtime, with the two main issues being Blue screens of death which occur an average of about once a week, and decent boot-up times followed by extreme periods of sluggishness once I reach my desktop (chrome taking 20+ minutes to load). After it gets going these problems fade and the gaming I've been doing, aside from the occasional blue screens of death, has been relatively high quality.

- The (Potentially) Relevant Information-

- Computer assembled about 6 months ago by me and a friend
- accidentally installed all the software extras with drivers
- has never run smoothly, but a couple of months ago start-ups started being very slow until they eventually became completely unbearable
- Blue Screens of Death occur on average about once a week, but normally in clusters around 2 or 3 days.
-I have recently done a complete re install of my OS, wiped both drives, and reinstalled and updated drivers - this has alleviated many of the issues, but it is clear that things are not completely fixed and I experienced my first Blue Screen of Death last night.
-I recorded some of the blue screen errors I was receiving, however my mom while doing cleaning tossed some of them these are the errors I know about 1.) System Service Exception 2.) Page Fault in non Paged Area 3.) Stop Error. Number 2 seems to be the most prevalent
-Most Blue Screen Errors seem to occur when I have a lot of programs running (my CPU and ram are rarely at full usage though)
- I've completed both a RAM test, and disabled all unnecessary programs on start-up using instructions I have found on this site.
-I've been running my OS (Windows 7 64 bit) off of a 64 GB SSD.
-I've been very careful in what I've downloaded, but unfortunately my SSD tends to get cluttered because I'm bad at changing the location for each of my downloads. I try to clean it out kind of regularly
- My DxDiag file: (OK, I have to admit, I have my DxDiag, but I have no idea how to attach it, if someone could help me out in that respect, it would be appreciated)

- The (Probably) Completely Irrelevant Information-

-My friend has put computers together before, but I had no experience in the area, it is POSSIBLE that there was some sort of physical problem with the assembly.
-I haven't posted this problem sooner, because I wanted to do a full system restore first, and I didn't feel comfortable doing that until all of my college stuff was done and I knew that there wasn't a chance I would need to find some of the files at some point.
-My dad really wanted me to just purchase a pre-assembled computer, after a couple of weeks I was able to convince him the value in building my own. He has been rather angry the whole thing since it has never run properly. (The computer was my 18th birthday/Eagle Scout present)
-Games seem to run very smoothly, though things like watching StarCraft 2 replays made my system go bonkers.

TL : DR but the best end-all way to fix computer software issues, is to fresh install and update all your drivers. usually a lot faster easier than trying to troubleshoot complex unknown issues.

Even when optimized, the 64gb SSD is not really adequate. Since you have plenty of extra space on the mechanical hard drive you might want to move the pagefile, downloads folder and browser cache folder over to that drive. You also might want to set your trash folder (right click -> properties) so that files are instantly deleted rather than moved to the trash. If your game replays are saved on the SSD, you can also move them to the hard drive. Below is a link to a guide for optimizing the SSD.

Third on the reinstall Windows from scratch.

Your best bet depending on how much you trust your friend / how comfortable you are re-handling the hardware is to completely disassemble the machine, and re-assemble it, ensuring everything is seated correctly. Then reinstall Windows from scratch. If you do that all that correctly, it should work fine, and if not, at least you have a good idea that it may be damaged hardware. The kind of problem you're describing though, I'd bet good money it's just a corrupted install or major driver problems, both of which a reinstall should fix.

To most people who don't regularly handle computer parts, it may seem like everything's terribly fragile and likely to break, but it's generally pretty difficult to actually damage that kind of stuff when you're making any kind of conscious effort to be careful. Just avoid static electricity and you know, banging stuff against each other, dropping crap and you'll likely be fine.

Everyone has their own opinions, but I personally find system restore crap. I've never liked it, it can work, but it can also cause more or different problems, and if you've a problem, I've always found it best to either zero in on the problem and correct it, or nuke the system and start from scratch with a fresh install. With System Restore, you're at best hoping to rollback to a point prior to a problem leaving you with no real clue what caused the problem in the first place. In your case, if the system has ALWAYS run poorly, your best scenario with that is to restore it to a slightly less-bad but still terrible scenario, which is unacceptable in my book for a fairly new system.

I think it is possible that I unwittingly used the improper terminology when writing my initial post. When I said full system restore, I meant that I wiped both my disks, re-installed my OS, and all of my drivers. Does this change anything?
