Size of Windows 10 Build 1607 full download using Media Creator?

I want to download Windows 10 build 1607. The full latest Windows 10 build.
Please can anyone tell me the file size as I have downloaded the available ISO file from Microsoft using the Windows Media Creation software several times but its the old build 1511 at 3,696,951,296 bytes.
Is there actually a new full build 1607 ISO file ?

They may not be rolling out the new build since tehre have been issues with it. You will have to google your way to an MSDN ISO.

Download the newest MediaCreation tool.
Redo the download.
